It contains 100% active Leptospermum/Manuka honey, possessing unique qualities that make it ideal for the management of chronic and acute wounds and burns. Leptospermum honey is effective because it has a low pH value. It also has a high osmolarity to cleanse the wound by aiding the body's natural process of debridement.

Pat dry skin around the periwound to ensure a clean and sterile field.
Assess the wound and measure field, if needed.
Apply the protecting paste to the wound using a sterile cotton swab.
Place a secondary dressing to protect the wound from infection.
