• Padding Bandage (4" x 3.8yd):
  - Layer one - A blend of synthetic materials that absorbs wound exudate
  - This comfortable non-woven layer primarily provides protection to bony prominences
• - Spiral technique wraps from the base of the toes to just below the knee overlapping each turn by 50%
• Crepe Bandage (4" x 4.9yd):
  - Layer two - Anchors and smooths the padding layer while absorbing exudate
• - Stretches the bandage 50% as well as wraps the overlap of 50% up the leg
• Compression Bandage (4" x 9.5yd):
  - Layer three - Conforms to body contour while providing about one-half the compression of the system
• - Provides bandage stretch of 50% as well as an upward overlap of 50%
• Cohesive Bandage (4" x 6.5yd):
  - Layer four - Latex-free bandage that adheres to itself and secures the bandage system without tape for week-long compression
• - Spiral technique stretches to 50% while overlapping - heel should be covered by all four layers
• Indications:
  - For use in effectively managing venous leg ulcers and related conditions
  - An appropriate primary dressing should be applied before using the bandaging system with open wounds
  - Apply as directed in product insert
• Precautions:
  - If the ankle circumference is less than 18cm (7-1/8") before applying FourPress, pad the ankle and Achilles tendon prior to application of the compression layers
• Contra-Indications:
  - Do not use FourPress Bandaging System if the patient;s Ankle Brachial Pressure (ABPI) is less than 0.8, or if arterial disease is suspected
