It keeps contaminants out and protects the wound against maceration. The foam is gentle on sensitive skin and highly absorbent of exudate. The silver-infused polyurethane foam provides a moist wound environment which encourages wound recovery and acts as an antimicrobial agent. This makes ZeniFoam-AG appropriate for infected wounds or wounds at risk for infection.
