Position patient in their side. Remove center release liner. Fold dressing in half, anchor dressing in gluteal fold.
Remove release liner from upper side of dressing and smooth upward away from the bed and repeat on other side.
Gently secure the dressing to the skin.

How often should you change Sacrum Dressing?

Optifoam Gentle may be left in place for up to 7 days
Dressing change frequency will depend on amount of drainage
