GemCore360° Silver AntiMicrobial Alginate Dressing is a sterile, non-woven pad consisting of a high M calcium alginate and CMC. Ionic silver compound is co-spun with the alginate ensuring a homogenous absorbent gelling dressing, which releases in the presence of wound exudate and provides rapid antimicrobial performance.
