Darco PegAssist Insole System features a multi-indication removable-peg chassis that effectively off-loads the plantar aspect of the foot after surgery or when wounds are present. The removable pegs allow for localized off-loading of wounds and ulcerations of the foot. The pressure is reduced by as much as 60% while allowing the patient to remain ambulatory. The Poron cover eliminates the incidence of ring edema and edge abrasion.

How to Use PegAssist Off-loading Insole System?

Remove black insole
Insert Peg-Assist Insole
Circle off-loading site
Imprint on the blue side
Remove pegs beneath the marking
Attach stabilizer board to peg side (Peel white paper to reveal adhesive)
Reinsert Peg-Assist Insole
Note: To avoid the risk of tearing the top layer of the Poron, please remove the pegs slowly.
