  • Wear and Care:
    - Recommend hand-washing or machine-washing with warm water and mild soap or detergent, or a designated compression garment washing solution
    - No bleach
    - Use a gentle cycle, with warm water rinse
    - Can hang them up or lay them flat to air dry
    - Can also dry in a dryer on a delicate or low heat setting
    - Washing garments in a mesh laundry bag will help protect them during the wash cycle
