It is breathable and capable of expanding up to 50% when fully saturated. The border is a nonwoven film with a strong acyclic adhesive with a triggered easy skin release.

Directions For Use of Comfort Release Border Adhesive Foam Dressings

Apply to clean, dry skin, removing any lotion, creams, or soap residue to allow for strong skin bonding of the dressings.
To remove, swipe the dry white dressing border with alcohol prep pads or cotton balls soaked with rubbing/isopropyl alcohol.
Swipe back and forth across the dressing border until thoroughly saturated.
Wait a few seconds until the border starts to lift and the dressing starts to lift and remove from the skin.
