Medline Stratasorb Composite Island Dressing protects, absorbs, and helps keep the wound moist. It has four distinct layers designed to cover all stages of wound care. The first layer is a non-adherent contact layer, and the second layer is a soft pad. The third layer is a non-woven backing with an adhesive border. In contrast, the fourth layer is a semi-occlusive polyurethane film.
